For Katie and Logan, including their dog meant planning for the whole wedding weekend. Homeward Bound provided two nights of boarding, transportation and wedding-day pet attendant care, so their energetic 70-pound dog could join the ceremony as their ring bearer.

Alyssa did an amazing job for us! She set up an intro call weeks before our wedding to discuss all the details of what we were looking for, on top of the usual things needed to watch our dog for two nights. She’s an experienced animal lover and I felt extremely confident leaving our dog with her the entire time. She was very detail oriented and thoughtful with all the right questions to make handling our dog on our wedding day a success. He’s a bigger dog (70 lbs) and a bit energetic and she handled him with ease. She was super communicative and was able to get him to the exact right spot during the ceremony so he could be our ring bearer. We were able to get photos with our dog and include him on the most important day of our lives with full confidence Alyssa would handle the logistics for him. No notes, 10/10, hire her!
